Structure and transparency
With the help of the Distribution Center Reference Model each distribution center is structured individually. The first result of every analysis is a graphical illustration of this structure - a DCRM-Map. It offers a first impression of a center´s complexity and helps to structure the following data analysis easily. Furthermore, the analysis provides transparency concerning the performance of several parts of the distribution center, indicating areas where improvement activities can start.
