The standardized method used in the Warehouse Excellence Study guarantees the comparability of distribution centers and the creation of structure and transparency. Efficiency as well as effectiveness is measured by real and theoretical benchmarking. Accordingly, the study provides an individualized result report, which can be the starting-point for future improvements. The whole assessment participants’ is done with the preservation of anonymity.
